Order Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times depend on item availability and warehouse location. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery: We offer standard shipping across the USA. Because we source products globally to bring you the best value, delivery times can vary depending on which warehouse your item ships from.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Due to carrier volume or unforeseen delays, packages may occasionally take longer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Multiple Packages: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may be split and shipped from different warehouses. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and they may arrive at slightly different times.
Missing or Delayed Orders: If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@axisedition.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
